ARTE10
The ARTE10 double transgenic mouse model, which expresses mutant forms of human APP (Swedish mutation) and human Presenilin 1 carrying the M146 mutation (PSEN1), serves as a translational preclinical model for studying Alzheimer’s disease.
We have behaviorally and biochemically characterized the ARTE10 models across three time points, corresponding to early, middle, and late stages of amyloid progression. Using a combination of behavior, EEG and biomarkers we are starting to demonstrate the utility of this model to investigate the efficacy of new treatments for Alzheimer’s Disease. Currently, we present data from our first two time points at 5 and 10 months of age.

Chronic Social Defeat (CSD)
Our CSD model demonstrates industry-leading sensitivity to ketamine, psychedelics and chronic SSRIs. We estimate that this assay has been used by 80% of companies looking to identify novel psychedelic-like compounds.

PK/PD
For those working with large molecule antibody therapeutics, we can perform PK/PD assessments in humanized FcRn Tg32 mice.
Homozygous Tg32 mice allow maximum half-life data in PK assessment providing a cost-effective solution for screening of mAbs and mAb variants during lead optimization.
Studies have shown they can be used to predict human pharmacokinetics of human IgG mAbs, Fc-engineered mAbs and multi-specific antibodies reducing the need for NHP models.
