Light-Dark Preference Test

The Light-Dark Preference test involves observing zebrafish larvae in an apparatus divided into light and dark compartments to assess their environmental preference. Naive larvae typically spend more time in the light area than in the dark. A reduction of this difference, with increased time spent in the dark compartment, is considered indicative of reduced anxiety and stress levels.
